Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: September 2026

Entertainovation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website entertainovation.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Zayne Harbison. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you contact us by email (for example, about beta testing, contests, community submissions, or merchandise inquiries), we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure and to understand overall usage trends.

Cookies and similar technologies. The Site itself stores only a minimal amount of data in your own browser for basic functionality (such as remembering that you dismissed the announcement bar) — this uses browser storage, not tracking cookies. Third-party services on the Site — including analytics, game embeds, video embeds, and advertising partners described below — may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising

We may display advertisements on the Site served by Google AdSense. Google AdSense only loads after you accept cookies in the consent banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no advertising cookies are set, no ad data is collected, and no ads are shown. Once loaded, Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show you ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our Site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. For more information about how Google uses data, see Google’s partner-sites policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and what devices and browsers they use. Google Analytics only loads after you accept cookies in the consent banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. We use these reports only to improve the Site.

You can learn how Google uses data from partner sites in Google’s partner-sites policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Embedded Content

Some pages embed content from third-party services, such as games hosted by Flowlab and videos hosted by YouTube. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the third-party website directly, and those services may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content according to their own privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

Entertainovation is a family-friendly site intended to be enjoyable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and our analytics reports are used only in aggregate — we do not use analytics or advertising to identify individual children.

Parents and guardians: if you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@entertainovation.com and we will delete it promptly. You may also ask us to review any information we hold about your child or to stop any further collection. Analytics, advertising, and embedded third-party content on the Site are governed by those providers’ policies — including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on — and we encourage you to review them and use your browser’s privacy controls as appropriate for your family.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Site, respond to your messages, run contests and community features you choose to join, display advertising that keeps the Site free, and protect the Site from abuse.

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK Visitors)

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the following legal bases: consent — for analytics and advertising cookies and similar technologies; legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Site, understand overall usage trends, and respond to messages you send us; and legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Site: with our hosting provider, with email delivery when you contact us, and with analytics, advertising, and embedded-content partners as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our visitors.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Google (Google Analytics and AdSense), process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can read how Google handles partner-site data in Google’s partner-sites policy.

Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information transmitted to us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep contact emails only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and technical logs only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to access the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to receive a copy of your information in a portable format, to object to or request restriction of certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@entertainovation.com — we will respond to every request.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your information properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You may disable cookies in your browser, though some Site features (such as embedded games and videos) may not work without them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
